Mercury Colony Park Station Wagon

This Mercury is a rare 4-door Hardtop Station Wagon which one was only bult 5929 times. It is a rustfree 1st owner car from Palm Springs in California.
I start some years ago a frame off restoration and the most work is done.
The 383cid engine and the 2-speed Merc-O-Matic transmission were complete rebuilt, the frame has been sandblasted and repainted, the body has been stripped of paint and was repainted in original black. All cavities were waxed. The brake system, suspension, steering, fuel system and many more has been renewed, Original Mercury parts were mainly used for installed new spare parts.
All weatherstrips except windshield seal and stationary rear side glass seals must renewed, the interior is original and in a pretty good shape, the carpet set is new, on the rear right ¼ panel molding is a short section missing. All parts are together exept the rear bumper. It was stolen when the chrome shop went bankrupt.
Unfortunately, I cannot finish this project due to health reason.
The original California title ( pink slip ) and a German title without entry is available.
