Being a fighter pilot in WW2 he fitted water injection of the same model you had on the fighter plane on the straight eight mm mm , 1st owner updated it in 1956 and sold it after driving it sparingly to shows and meets for 18 years 1966 to Thompsonville Connecticut to owner number 2 who kept the car until his death for almost 50 years, the family then sold the car at Mecums auction and ended up in Sweden in 2016.
the car has only driven 50 miles today, about 7500 miles
