I finally talked to Johnny who is a 79 year old car guy. He explained to me whats going on. He owns a warehouse and one of his older friends whos been restoring cars for years owns this and 3 other cars he needs to sell, as he fell and broke his hip and in a nursing home. This is a running driving car that he sent out to custom shop in Kentucky to do all the metal work and chop. He spent $15,000 to get all that done. Everything he owns he has done for him. So the metal work is all done, and comes with boxs n boxs of parts. Because Elvin is in the nursing I cant ask him what parts it comes with but Johnny said the glass is cut and all there. He also said the Cadillac seats are much nicer than the pictures show. Its has all the needed paperwork and the serial number. This is one of those cars that would be much easier to sell locally so someone can climb in and under it but its an amazing deal for this price.
